Description

Freeway Records # 1981-A/B/C/D (etched in the runout) - L.A. Radio (Compilation) Produced by Harvey Kubernik - Original 1979 First Edition White Label Promo Pressing Double LP Collection of Various Obscure & Eclectic L.A. Artists (Private Issue?)
The standout track for me is the MFQ's (Modern Folk Quartet) "This Could Be The Night" from 1966 & never released as a 7" 45 rpm. Written & Produced by Phil Spector w/ Harry Nilsson, Jack Nitzsche & Larry Levine. This track was (still is?) the theme to Rodney Bingenheimer's "Rodney on the ROQ" radio program.
Vinyl visually grades VG++ to NM- w/ some extremely light scuffs & scratches - all sides play NM- on my lo-fi system but I can't guarantee how it will sound on your system or to your ears. Labels are nice w/ a pen mark through Track 1 on Side A. Cover shows heavy wear/foxing w/ the top & bottom seams completely split. Harvey Kubernik's name & phone number are written on one side (see pics).

Shipping is based on 2 lbs from 17043.
