What we have here is THE BEATLES - ABBEY ROAD, FIRST PRESS, FACTORY SAMPLE and is the ORIGINAL 1969 UK EARLIEST 1st pressing on the 1st Press Dark Apple label, FACTORY SAMPLE PROMO !!!

This copy is the earliest and rarest first pressing without the "Her Majesty" credit on side 2 label, which was soon changed in later pressings, and as a result was only pressed like this for a very short time before the mistake was corrected and as a result is near impossible to find.
As if that was not enough this copy is a 100% genuine "FACTORY SAMPLE - NOT FOR SALE" copy, and comes from an ex-industry person that used to work with the band, this is the genuine pointed FACTORY SAMPLER sticker which was not touched or changed in any way since the day of printing.
These copies with the FACTORY SAMPLE sticker were the first off the press in the factory and were only given to industry people (like the person this copy comes from), so another proof that this is FIRST PRESSING off the pressing plant.
DARK APPLE label, and a FACTORY SAMPLE first press to boot, you will not find another, or a better condition copy of this great BEATLES record.
The matrix numbers are: YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1 , stamper numbers are (9 and 3 o'clock positions): 3  GLG & 9 GPD, The Cat. No is PCS 7088.

Label Condition: Very close to MINT, There is only 1 faint spindle trace. No wear at all around the hole areas. This classic album has clearly hardly been played. (Please see label scans for all information needed), the labels are the correct labels on both sides, as opposed to the VINYL itself.
Cat Number: PCS 7088.
Mono or Stereo: Stereo (this was never issued in mono).
Country of Manufacture: England, UK.
Rarity: First pressing DARK APPLE label, with no "Her Majesty" on side 2 label, and FACTORY SAMPLE first press.
