We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. RARE AND for good reason SOUGHT 1969 first press on the "Relax" label, same label as the revered "Outsiders" kings of Dutch sixties rave-up rocker scene ala the Pretty Things...
- Sandy Coast were highly rated accomplished song writers within underground rock confines, meaning no commercial potential at this stage which would change as the group evolved from mid '60s "Swinging London" British Invasion to heavy psychedelic & prog.
- "From The STEREO WORKSHOP" remains one of their two best albums centering on the underground rock scene with edges of psychedelic & progressive moves throughout. Their crafty melodic efforts rate equal to the highly respected groups of the sixties
"FROM THE STEREO WORKSHOP" is still pretty much an unknown/underestimated & very difficult to find album -- the second 1968 SANDY COAST album fuses strong infectious & powerful tracks intertwined with blues with heavy psychedelic rock. Their are no weak tracks, rather a powerful display of self penned material brimming with the 'right' sound, catchy melodics, dynamic Hammond organ / tasteful guitar passages enhance this decidedly, delightfully enjoyable set.
The one cover displayed includes an outstanding take on the Animals "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood" which may in fact surpass the Animals version - crafted by an entirely different heartfelt arrangement.
- Original material such as "Depression" - "Capital Punishment (Death By Hanging)" and others contain dark moody tones amid ultra-catchy melodies, bubbling organ swells, echo guitar wafting in the mixes ...If you like the whole 60's psyche scene - don't miss this true gem!
Having formed in Voorburg, Holland in 1961, Sandy Coast released numerous singles & and three essential albums over the ensuing years. Towards the end of the decade, they started to become more experimental, and this rare album from 1969 finds them adding psychedelic and progressive edges to their sound

- The cover: rated: VG++ Very fragile delicate thin laminated cover, lucky to find this decent, there is only a bit of previous handling evident, otherwise decently strong front cover. The back cover is clean ...overall a keeper copy, especially as hard as the record is to come by and as wear-prone as the ultra-fragile cover is, hard pressed to find a better copy(?) ... still has strong colors, no delete marks, no split seams, and no writing ... VERY collection worthy appearance ...
- The vinyl: Rated: "EX" (excellent) ...will play very enjoyable ...handled with care over the past 51 years ... both Dutch Relax labels are clean
