In order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any concerns that may arise. Because of that dedication, there should be no need to open a resolution dispute before working with us.  Please keep in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to acquire the rare music we present each and every week.   Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! It is said that John Lennon listened to this album for 36 hours straight. And it IS more or less documented Harry Nilsson's FIRST 1967 album, "Pandemonium Shadow Show," was notoriously loved by the Beatles, and it's easy to see why.

This is (arguably) the only record of its time that feels akin to Sgt. Pepper, and in some ways, it's every bit as impressive.

Nilsson works on a much smaller scale, leaning heavily on whimsy yet cutting it with sardonic humor and embellishing it with remarkable song and studiocraft; it's as if McCartney and Lennon were fused into the same body. Pandemonium can't help but feel like a cheeky show of strength by a remarkably gifted imp, spinning out psychedelic fantasias and jokes and trumping his idols by turning out a cover of "She's Leaving Home" (recorded ten days after Sgt. Pepper's release) that rivals the original. Beneath all the light playful melodies ("There Will Never Be" is swinging London, L.A. style) or glorious laments (he rarely was any better than on "Sleep Late, My Lady Friend"), there are serious strains: the lyrics of "Cuddly Toy" are as unsettling as the melody catchy, the circus-stomp "Ten Little Indians" is a darkly addictive retelling of the Ten Commandments, and "1941" is quietly heartbreaking beneath its jaunty cabaret. Throughout it all, Nilsson impresses with his humor, cleverness, and above all, how his songwriting blossoms under his shockingly inventive studio-craft. Psychedelic pop albums rarely came better than this, and it remains a thorough delight.
And the "FAN MAN" says:

What a talent, what a debut.  Harry Nilsson's debut Pandemonium Shadow Show is a spectacular piece of psychedelic music.  Here's a relative unknown at the time with a moderate Phil Spector writing partnership link, and a bank teller by trade, who comes into the studio with little fanfare and writes an album that pushes holds a candle to Sgt Pepper's (perhaps the best album of it's era).......

The singing is spectacular, he out-sings the Beatles's own "She's Leaving Home" recorded allegedly within one week after the Beatles own version was released.

1941 features all the Pepper-esque sounds of "Kite", yet with a vocalist who off the bat was far more gifted than the great vocalists of Lennon and McCartney.  Heck he even gave Phil Spector's Wall of Sound an all out assault with "River Deep-Mountain High"

Nilsson's debut is something.  "Without Her", "1941", "She's Leaving Home", and the psychedelic bar band folly "She Sang Hymns Out of Tune" all are in the shoulda been classic category.

There are a few dated 60's kitchy kinks to work out on "It's Been So Long", and more often the production and accompaniment on the otherwise solid "Ten Little Indianc" and "Freckles" date the album a bit more than it's Sgt Pepper's peer.

Working with a far lesser budget than the Beatles, doing it all himself.  This is spectacular music.  An artist was truly born.
