Description

   This is a Prestige Records #PRLP 7144 titled "Callin' The Blues"  by Tiny Grimes with J. C. Higginbotham from 1958. Songs on the record are "Callin' The Blues", "Blue Tiny", "Grimes' Times" and "Airmail Special". The musicians on the album are Bass – Wendell Marshall, Drums – Osie Johnson, Guitar – Tiny Grimes, Piano – Ray Bryant, Saxophone [Tenor] – Eddie "Lockjaw" Davis and Trombone – J.C. Higginbotham. The record has some light scuffs and scratches and does not skip. It could use a good cleaning as there are a few spots of static. The cover has some wear with a few spots on the spine that have small tears. There is also a 2" split seam on the top right corner. The back has 369 written in pencil on the top, some ring wear and the white back is a little dirty. The label has the 203 So. Washington Ave, Bergenfield, N.J. address which I believe is the original pressing. Winning bidder pays $2.50 shipping by media mail with delivery confirmation in the US
