138820 SLPM German pressing with large tulips and red stereo box of sleeve. / Bach: Violin Concerto / Concerto for two violins / David Oistrakh solo violin for the Violin Concerto / David & Igor Oistrakh paying the Double Violin Concerto / Royal Philharmonic Orchestra / Sir Eugene Goosens.
Wonderful condition record with lovely shine to the vinyl and no marks under a halogen lamp. Clean labels with no spindle marks. There is a extremely small warp to the record but this is less than 0.5mm. The record tracks perfectly with a low mass arm and cartridge so would play on any turntable without any problems.
Near mint sleeve with just a tiny crease to the bottom right corner. Lovely straight spine with clear writing. Corners almost untouched and lovely unworn edges. The rear of the sleeve is lovely and clean with no writing or labels. Plain inner sleeve.
Fully play tested and sounds perfect. No clicks ticks, pops or anything that should not be there. A superb clean sharp sounding copy.
This is the best copy of this record and sleeve I have seen in over twenty years. Slightly more expensive but this is a fabulous record. Full guarantee if not satisfied.
I fully play all the records listed as I do not understand how anyone can accurately describe a record without doing so. Many mint looking records do in fact have problems and can sound awful. Conversely some early records with marks can play superb because of the deeper grooves.
Grading:
Mint means factory sealed and therefore unplayed.
Near mint record means there are no visible signs that the record(s) have been played and no visible marks at all on the record. The record will have been fully play checked and there will be no audible faults.
Excellent means there are one or more light marks that do not affect the sound quality. The record will be fully play checked and the marks will be described.
Sleeves are carefully described and photographed.
