This is an original American 33.3 RPM 10" Long Playing Record by MONGO SANTAMARIA'S AFRO-CUBAN DRUM BEATERS from 1952. The title is "Afro Cuban Drums (Voodoo Rituals)". Label / Number is SMC Pro-Arte SMC-535. Great early Percussion LP by the great Mongo and his mighty group of Drummers. The Afro-Cuban Drum Solos featured here are "Chango", "Conga Callejera", Meta", "Guaguanco" and "Fiesta Abacua". Very Tasty. Distributed by The Spanish Music Center in New York City, N.Y. Record has some scuffs, small scratches, pressing bubbles and occasional surface noise, but plays well with good fidelity. Labels have wear, scuffs and a few tears. Cover (Top Flap Envelope) has wear, scuffs, staining and some discoloring. Condition is: Record - VG (Plays more like VG+ or better) Labels - VG Cover - VG Very Nice.
