Rare near mint Collectors The Who My Generation MG-10256 /10257 Mono
This is a Who rarity for fans and collectors - first pressing and superb condition.
Excellent near mint copy first pressing of the Who’s first album My Generation from 1965 - with a novelty twist to the album cover.
An admirer of the first owner of the album made a special cover with a reference to stammering lyrics on the single My Generation.
The cover says: ‘The Who, For Lizzy, my g…g…g …. girl of any g… generation, with LOVE’.
Inside is the genuine cover for the album released by Brunswick in Mono. This is in excellent condition as is the spine which can be read easily. Yellowing and a few creases in the corner can be seen on the inner sleeve.
There are no visible scratches and the spindle wear as can be seen is very light. The whole thing comes in a vintage green Harrods bag with four royal seals.
