Description

A great rarity for all you BUNNY BERIGAN enthusiasts. An original Decca Shellac test pressing of take B "YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME" (60229B) from Bunny's first session as a leader. Take A was issued on Decca 18117, recorded 12/13/35. This is another item from the MILT GABLER personal collection. GABLER, the legendary producer, worked at DECCA for years and was a big fan of Berigan's. Disc is in a fabulous E+ condition and has great art deco DECCA etching in the shellac on blank side B.
