In the United States ALL ITEMS THAT SELL FOR OVER $30.00 must be insured by the winning bidder. Note that USPS Priority Mail includes $100 of coverage. Media Mail requires buyer paid insurance for items over $30.00 (Priority is a better option over $30.00)
