33 1/3 rpm, Stereo
These 17 sets were released by the Country Music Foundation Official Archive Collection and are on red-colored vinyl, beautifully pressed by the Franklin Mint Record Society.

©1982, each of these NEAT recordings comes w/ original sleeve – which may have time spotting and creasing from improper storage; any ‘major’ flaw on album slipcase or record – each having been tested over a period of weeks! – is indicated below.

Prior to testing these beauties – most records were quite clean! – I used rubbing alcohol to take off any dust or smudges (there wasn’t much).
For the most part, each Classic Album (which includes two LP records) is in very nicely preserved condition and comes with its own artist booklet/biography; some have a ‘signed’ letter by Stanley Walker, Vice President& Director of the Franklin Mint Society at the time, obviously.

3 & 4 - THE NASHVILLE SOUND - Eddy Arnold, Jim Reeves TESTED: ALL GREAT!
5 & 6 - COUNTRY TO POP - Barbara Mandrell, Larry Gatlin, Lynn Anderson
TESTED: Record 5, Side B – Right at the outset of “Wolverton Mountain” it skips briefly. The rest of the record is absolutely fine. The slipcase has slight rubbing at the base of the spine.
*Note: In testing all the records, I found that some songs start right off the bat. Maybe this isn’t a skip after all, but, rather, they just get ‘into it’ right away; Just saying!
7 & 8 – BLUEGRASS, VOLUME I - Bill Monroe, The Stanley Brothers TESTED: ALL GREAT!
11 & 12 - COUNTRY GUITAR - Chet Atkins, Merle Travis, Roy Clark TESTED: ALL GREAT!
13 & 14 - CONTEMPORARY COUNTRY, VOLUME I - Statler Brothers, Dottie West, Don Williams TESTED: ALL GREAT! Notethat the record holder has some loss of material on the cover and a bend along the right edge, but is intact – and, of course, does the job!
