I am listing for sale a rare original demo of Alfie Davison - Love is serious business.

I am grading this record as good due to a slight noise on the musical introduction that is gone by the beginning of the vocal. This noise is on A-side only. As this is a demo the same song is on both sides. The starting price of this listing reflects the record grading.

This is a rare listing, as in all my years of collecting records, I have not seen this come up for sale.

This record is part of my personal collection which I am currently selling, so keep an eye out for other listings.
