Description

Solomon Burke s/t Apollo Records mono LP 498, 1962

Sleeve has light to moderate wear and aging on the flats. Top seam has three inch split in right corner. Top spine corner is worn and rubbed with some paper loss. Spine seam has some paper chexing along top three inches, a one inch split/paper tear at the center and two inch split at bottom. Bottom seam has a five to six inch split in the center. See photos for more detail. Vinyl is now stored in a new paper over plastic inner sleeve for added protection. Vinyl is only in GOOD PLUS condition with many light surface scuffs and scratches. Plays through without skipping and sounds quite nice for the most part with some areas that display various levels of tolerable surface noise. Overall, the vinyl still offers a beautiful lustening experience. Cleaned on a Nitty Gritty machine, too.
