- The MEGA RARE -- modern soul/FUNK/boogie (with a touch of RAP/HIP-HOP) -- 2-track 12” -- by GRAND STAFF!!
- 1985 private release on CRYSTAL RECORDS (CRD 85; NEW YORK, USA).
- Side 1 contains the AWESOME track entitled SLIDE MY LOVE -- track clocks in at a long 6:15 -- starts out with some surface noise which lessens as the tracks proceeds -- contains a 20-second BREAK section at the 4-minute marker which has BOTH percussion and conversation-talking at the SAME time -- SLIDE MY LOVE is the best track on the 12" and a tremendous PRIVATE example of rare boogie!
- Side 2 contains the track entitled AIN’T SO BAD -- track clocks in at an even longer 7:14 -- contains some nice old-school rap -- unfortunately, this tracks has a nasty JUMP/SKIP at the 25-second marker but plays without incident thereafter.
- Vinyl is visually VG to VG+ (scuffings and such); labels are VG+ (with a manufacturing-based offset printed label) and EXCELLENT (see photo).
