FANTASTIC super rare private press Modern Soul/Boogie LP out of Richmond, VA. No year listed, but guessing this is around 82-85. Ruff Productions is listed as the label. Incredible singing and keys throughout this 4 song mini-LP. These songs don't have bad sections. Record is a beautiful VG+, no surface marks, very clean. Cover has some wear. Mostly some noticeable ringwear on the front. The back is very clean. Also, some wear on bottom seam. A tiny split is visible. All other seams are fine. LISTEN TO THE SAMPLE OF THESE 3 SONGS!
