Description
Rare group doo-wop 45 rpm gem featuring THE MAGIC-TONES on the KING label, from 1955.
Titles are “When I Kneel Down to Pray” and “Good Googa Mooga.”
This is a stock copy, blue label with silver print. Catalog number is 45-4665.
Guaranteed to be authentic and original. I do not sell bootlegs or modern reissues.
Condition is nice VG/VG+ with nearly full original gloss. There is some minor scuffing and several small hairline marks that produce some tics in the early portion of “When I Kneel Down to Pray” but these are gone by the middle of the tune and the remainder plays cleanly. The fidelity is strong and clear. The jump side “Good Googa Mooga” plays cleanly throughout with superb fidelity as you can hear in the sound clips provided. The labels shows minor wear spots but overall are clean and nice. I think the winning bidder will be very pleased.
