- 1970s private release on VITAL RECORDS (7497-33; NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE, USA).
- Noted for his friendship with TOWNES VAN ZANDT and his superb songwriting skills (including the sensational CLAY PIGEONS which has been covered by JOHN PRINE, among others).

- Shiny vinyl plays GREAT (with the occasional tick/light click) and is visually a nice EXCELLENT (with some light markings here and there and a few faint hairlines); labels are EXCELLENT; cover is a strong VG to VG+ (cover wear includes some light ring wear, some wrinkle crease lines, and a few corner/edge nudges).
