The album itself is in good condition, but the cover shows some minor wear & tear from age mainly around the edges of the sleeve. Most notably, there is a small split in the cardboard at the top of the cover near the center. I’ve tried to highlight this in the last two photos, so please look at the pictures for the best assessment of condition.
