complete original 1970 beatles let it be lp with get back book box set. back cover of book has no publishing credits. book may be german issue, which had no publishing credits on back cover, as this set was purchased new in germany by my brother in 1970. i understand that all issues did have credits on back of book except for germany and canada. please correct me if i'm wrong. book has many loose pages and detatched cover. pages of book are nice except slight water damage at lower inside corner. no pages are missing. lamination is good on book cover. lamination on outer and inner covers has some wrinkles. grades very good according to goldmine. lp is glossy with light to moderate scratches. some light spindle marks can be seen when lp is held a certain way in the light. custom die-cut and recessed cardboard holder has some tears on end flaps. back of outer cover says: designed by john kosh photographs by ethan a russell printed and made in great britain by garrod & lofthouse limited (patents pending). front of outer cover has price tag which says: 498 03 105881 $4.25 ea. placed over another price tag. lp label side 1 says: pcs 7096 (yex.773) 1970 mfd. in u.k. side 2 is same except is yex.774. inner groove side 1 says: yex 773-2u and what looks like gmo or G [ ] 0. inner groove side 2 says: yex 774-2u G. white innersleeve says: patent no. 1,125,555, made in england, and has a 2" record cut. inner lp jacket says: apple records pcs 7096, printed and made in great britain by garrod and lofthouse ltd. this set has been stored for most of it's life on the top shelf in a closet of my non-smoking home. any useful information from beatles collectors regarding this set will be appreciated and may be used to update the auction.
