Description

This auction is for a near mint original 1957 recording from Crown Records number CLP 5020, Singin' the BLUES by b. b. king.  This record is in awesome condition.  You will not be disappointed with the like new condition of this record.  The album cover shows some signs of aging particularly on the bottom edge where the record has started to wear through cardboard edge probably from the record's weight over the past 50 years.  Overall the cover is still very presentable and could be repaired on the bottom to improve its functionality.  It is still much better than the typical covers being sold on ebay.  But what should really make this album a must have is the condition of the record itself.  It is so close to pristine that it looks like it may never have been played.  Here is your chance to get an outstanding record in possibly the best condition available.

Disc- Original black Crown Label- full mint pressing vinyl luster.

Cover- Perfect seams; has wear on the bottom seam of an otherwise near mint  front cover.

I have added more pictures of this item since I have received many requests for pictures of both sides of the album and cover.  I noticed one fine mark on the record while handling it this past time that looks like it goes across the last two songs on the one side.  I can not feel the mark.  It looks like it may be some foreign matter that rubbed across the record in that spot.  It does not look/feel like it will affect the playability of this album.  This album is very clean looking but it is really 50 years old.  Thank you all for your questions and good luck bidding.
