absolutely killer super rare Turkish psych fuzz LISTEN

Here we offer you one of the prime puzzling discs from the history of Turkish underground. These guys were a bunch of real teenagers (and the drummer, whom you'll be hearing with thunderous drum attacks swirling all over the place was, believe it or not, only 11 years old at the time of this recording!! He later went on to work with many other Turkish rock bands) at the time playing in local gigs with their newly bought equipment. In early 1968 they went into a local contest which promised a one-time-only 45rpm release as its award for the winner and they came in first! That's how this amazing disc came into being and what a wonder it exists since we don't have so many examples of the genre from those heady days. Just hear the samples. Amazing use of fuzz, teenagely kinda inept attitude towards vocals and the general naive but loud quality, swirling drums and a superb psychedelic mood permeading all over. The tune on side B called "Nenni" which means "lullabye" is... you guessed it: the melody of a traditional lullabye!.. but what a lullabye it is!.. Probably these guys were one of the first in the world to use "crybaby" wah's to actually mimmick crying babies for their tune. Scorching stuff, aaarrrgghhh!!!

One down point: This is an amazing disc but it is rare beyond words. No one took them seriously at the time and the disc probably sold nothing (this copy on offer here actually belonged to a recently expired press guy whom the disc was given promotionally -- that's his name on the cover) so please take it seriously when bidding! Reserve is not high but it should be there, sorry! :)
