Description
Up for auction is an original rare deep groove mono pressing of the Zoot Sims 'In Hollywood' 10" LP on New Jazz Records NJLP-1102. Other musicians include Stu Williamson, Kenny Drew, Ralph Penna, and Jimmy Pratt.
Record info:
VG, close to VG+ with some minor scuffs and some surface noise. It still plays and sounds great!
Cover info:
VG with mostly solid seams except for a 2" split on top at jacket opening. It does have noticeable seam wear in other areas, mostly on the corners, which have some creasing and some worn away artwork. The front cover has a library style #d sticker on top left corner. The back cover has a sticker with the name of the previous owner on upper left corner. The back cover is blank with a stamp that indicates 'Album Notes Inside'. It does have the original folded typed 8x11 sheet that includes notes. It is quite faded but is readable and also has staining in several spots (see photo).
Label / Pressing info:
Original deep groove mono press.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
