cover: VG++ srw. Aside for couple of nicks I tried to capture on photo, the spines are strong
vinyl: visually  VG+(+) some hairline scratches, several surface marks that don't affect the sound. 
I listened to it through both speakers and phones and aside for minor interferences between the tracks only(!) it's a beautiful full range clean sound throughout!

grading: cover 1st // vinyl 2nd

nm  : like new
ex   :  pretty much the highest grade a used record receives
vg++  : close to excellent, might have some hairlines, very subtle interferences with sound here and there
vg+(+)  : somewhat more stressed occasional interferences
(vg+) occasional interferences, can be light surface noise in few spots
(vg) - occasional to frequent light surface noise
