ZIPPER – “Zipper”
Whizeagle Records W 0001 (original US pressing) 1975
Rare original 1975 private pressing from the Pacific NW psych/hard rock quartet feat. ex Lollipop Shoppe vocalist Fred Cole.
Originally, the cover came as two cardboard pieces that were taped together (handmade). This item, obtained directly from Cole in the late 70s comes without that awful tape but in a protective jacket made of plastic.
Please note that the entire series was affected by warps (because of the thinness of the pressing) ranging from almost “not playable” to relatively perfect. The offered copy is absolutely playing fine – not to 100% plain but without any damnification in sound.
