Description
So here is my old copy of ZZ Top's First Album, from London Records, PS 584. To the best of my knowledge, this is an original pressing, as researched on Discogs. Although it does not have a white label, it is a PROMO, as depicted on the sticker on the back of the outer sleeve. The original inner sleeve is included, those are hard to come by. Being that this record is older than I am, it does have some surface scratching, so there is obviously some vinyl noise present. However, let me say this - it has been deep cleaned (by me) and there are NO deep scratches, skips, or anything like that. Also, the sound is otherwise great, and the vinyl has nice, loud sound. Such an excellent pressing!
The outer sleeve is kind of rough, and as you can see in the pics, a previous owner put some gift wrapping tape on it. The only reason I am parting with this one is because I have 2 copies, and I do not need both. My loss is your gain, and it's a promo, so at some point, this would have belonged to a radio station.
