Description
You are bidding on a rare ZZ Top LP called "Tres Hombres" on London Records catalogue number SHU8459 from 1973. Both sides of the vinyl are in Excellent plus condition. There are no marks on the vinyl whatsoever and just 2 or 3 barely noticeable spindle marks near the centre hole. Labels have no marks on at all.The cover is a Macneil Press Ltd London and is in Excellent condition with a couple of minor creases, but no splits or marks of any kind.
Included is the original Decca Blue/White white inner polylined sleeve which has has a tear about 1" long(see photo), Very Good plus condition. The Album spine reads "Tres Hombres ZZ Top London SHU8459.

One of the rarest LP's on the London label this is ZZ TOP's 3rd album from 1973. A very nice addition to any collection.
All Music gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars, stating: "Tres Hombres is the record that brought ZZ Top their first top ten record, making them stars in the process. It couldn't have happened to a better record. In 2003, the album was ranked number 498 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. In 2012, the album ranked at number 490 on a revised list. The album peaked at number 8 on the Billboard 200.

Grades as follows:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD:The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing
