Description:

Cover: Front lamimated Ernest J. Day patents pending  sleeve. You can see only a minimal amount of storage wear with two or three bends close to the upper side corners. It has no ring wear at all. No rips, no tears and absolutely no yellowed spots or sticker marks. The spine is fully readable - mint. Borders and corners are almost perfect as the opening edge is! It still has the original stereo sticker on the reverse of the sleeve.

Labels: Deep orange matt textured CBS  format. Labels are clean and perfectly readable. The CBS logo is over the central holes on both sides of the labels. Has some minor spindle lines but no damages, no pen marks, no spots, no tears, no stickers. Excellent condition!

Record: Thickly pressed heavy weight vinyl pressing. There are no deep surface marks. Just a lot of tiny hair lines are visible here and there, mostly due to storage causes, few due to the use - nothing of serious. The vinyl has a nice sheen - very good or better! It comes with the original orange and white CBS inner sleeve in excellent condition.

GRADINGS OF RECORDS:

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: unless otherwise noted, ALL records are graded visually, and NOT play-graded! I grade records under the strong, diffuse room light or discrete sunlight.

When grading records and CD’s I follow the standard UK grading system as defined by Record Collector Magazine. This is the most widely used guide and respected by Collectors Worldwide.

 

MINT (M) – Record is in brand new condition. The cover and all extra items are present (unless otherwise noted) and in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX) – The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) – The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G) - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing af edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contens will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR (P) - The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contens will be badly damaged or partly missing.

 

PLEASE ALSO NOTE - THAT ALL MY EBAY AUCTIONS COME STRAIGHT FROM MY VERY LARGE PRIVATE COLLECTION.  THEY WERE VERY WELL STORED IN PVC SLEEVES, AND VERY CAREFULLY HANDLED AND MANY HAVE NOT BEEN PLAYED/TOUCHED FOR MANY MANY YEARS!  AS A RESULT, SOME MAY BE A LITTLE DUSTY (BUT NOT DIRTY!), AND THEY MAY PLAY WITH SLIGHT TOUCHES OF CRACKLE IN PLACES.  HOWEVER NONE WILL PLAY WITH ANY MAJOR DEFECTS (NO JUMPS, NO SKIPS, ETC) UNLESS CLEARLY MENTIONED, AND THERE WILL BE NO MAJOR DEFECTS TO THE COVER OR LABELS (NO SPLITS, NO WRITING, ETC) UNLESS CLEARLY MENTIONED ABOVE.  ALL INNER SLEEVES TO LPS WILL BE COMPLETELY ORIGINAL (UNLESS MENTIONED)  AND ALL 45s WILL COME IN PLAIN SLEEVES AS STANDARD, UNLESS THEY HAVE PICTURE/COMPANY SLEEVES WHICH WILL BE DETAILED IN THE DESCRIPTION.  ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE DONT HESITATE TO GET IN TOUCH, I AM HERE TO HELP!!!!
