Rare! Not sure if this is actually Madonna or a Madonna sound alike. Test press promo 12 inch single. Can’t find any info on the internet. White Labels are blank on both sides. Each side has 2 different versions of the same song. So 4 different versions total. (Extended, A-cappella, etc.)
