Gatefold textured cover (first pressing) with a sticker on the front "d/j copy monaural, promotional not for sale"
Original lyric insert is included with no tears.
Just played it front to back. Low surface noise no major scratches. No skips (of course).
Will be shipped with the record out of the jacket in its own sleeve, all in a plastic cover. All of that will be in an album mailer or a Priority Mail box, depending on what shipping is chosen.
