~ Cancon Vinyl Auctions ~ You are bidding on this original Rare Canadian STEREO Lp by The Yardbirds entitled "Over, Under, Sideways, Down" on Capitol 6000 Records ST 6202, , original CDN Pressing from 1966.
Incredibly RARE original Stereo First Pressing of this Canadian Capitol 6000 pressing Lp on the original Rainbow label in the original Shrink wrap.
Contrary to common knowledge, the original first edition Yardbirds "STEREO" pressings are EXTREMELY RARE and virtually almost impossible to locate. These pressing runs in true stereo format were very limited.
This item has the original printed "Litho In Canada" with the letter "P" boxed in on the front cover and the word "CANADA" boxed in brackets at the bottom perimeter of the labels.
Also featured is the original near mint First Edition Capitol red and white inner sleeve.
A truly wonderful item for the truest STEREO Yardbirds fans - offering a true Stereo sound mix instead of the original first Mono issue.
The front cover slick is near perfect and retains all it's original full crisp bright colors. The outer front jacket edges show some very light signs of white color aging (see scans).
The rear cover is also exceptionally clean with a near white looking background other than light original aging ( hairline moisture aging lines) on the inside jacket spine edge
( see scans).
All seams and spines are fully intact and clean other than small original outside corner edge spine crimps on 2 sides. ( see scans).
Both labels are super clean and super bright without any signs of spindle marks. (see scans).
The vinyl is almost new looking and it retains all it's full original high gloss finish except for 1 or 2 almost invisible paper sleeve marks.
Very difficult to upgrade this copy. Good luck in your bids!
