Y&T   Earthshaker  Rare 1st Pressing (US) 1981 A&M SP-4867  Half of the sleeve is still in it's original shrinkwrap
Vinyl(EXC-)  Looks superb, clean with a glossy sheen, has several light surface marks when held under a strong light, which doesn't affect playback, plays and sounds superb.
Outer Sleeve(EXC) 50% of the front cover is still covered in shrinkwrap, the back approx 90% covered, some of the s/wrap on the back is loose and peeling off, the edges are in superb condition, with very light wear in a couple of places, the corners have smaller scuffs.slight ringwear(front) and a couple of light creases, the s/wrap has kept the cover artwork in awesome condition, the back cover is like new condition

Vinyl (Exc-)  Looks and plays superb, clean with a shiny glossy look
Outer Sleeve (VG)  Solid, Clean retained it's original shine, cover artwork looks brilliant, edges show wear, with deeper scuffs on corners, a few light creases, slight bend top l/h corner front.

Riot   Narita UK 1ST PRESSING 1979 CAPITOL  E-ST 12081 still in shrinkwrap, which still covers nearly all of the cover, only the opening edge is without s/wrap, which was slit open so that the record could be played.
Vinyl(EXC)  plays superbly, looks superb, clean with original shine, couple of very light surface marks visible when held under a strong light, playback not affected.
Outer Sleeve,(EXC+) the s/wrap has kept the sleeve in awesome like new condition, the sleeve is ultra clean and all the artwork is crystal clear. edges are razor sharp, with the details on the spine crystal clear, the top l/h corner is very slightly bent due to the s/wrap

Vinyl(EXC)  Looks superb, like new, glossy shine 1 or 2 very light surface markings, visible under a strong light, which don't affect playback,plays and sounds superb
Outer Sleeve(EXC) In brilliant condition, has retained it's original glossy sheen, edges sharp and in brilliant condition, with very small scufs on corner edges, very light ringwear (back)

I only grade near mint or mint if the record is brand new and unplayed.
I send all records in a Brand New Inner Sleeve, a Brand New Poly Outer Sleeve and use a Strong Professional Cardboard  Mailer with 2 cardboard stiffeners.
I have cleaned and listened in full to the record.

I have tried to grade the Record as accurately as possible, the Grading Guidelines are listed below.

Excellent

The record shows some sign of being played, there is very little lessening in sound quality.

The sleeves might have slight wear and or creasing.

Very Good +

The record may show slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratching that do not affect the sound, slight warps that don’t affect the sound are OK, there may be some very light ringwear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.

Very Good + sleeves should only have minor wear and may have some defacing such as cut-out marking.

Very Good

Records will have surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, especially during quieter moments and during a song’s intro and ending, but the noise will not overpower the music.

The record has been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the sleeves, without major defects is acceptable.

Good

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated , perhaps with some distortion and scratches, the sleeve will suffer from folding, scuffling of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
