Original pressing in the hard to find black, yellow & white sleeve. Insert
Some sleeve wear mainly along the seams (see pics).   Well played copy, bought in 1988..Some surface noise, mainly noticeable at beginning of each side and between tracks.   Vinyl still looks and plays good.  
W/ insert.
