This record is in near mint condition. It does have spindle marks visible on both the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape but with the spindle marks showing on each side as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean, have a stunning lustre and have next to nothing showing in normal light. There is a few thin light wispy lines or faint sleeve marks visible under bright light but hardly anything really and of course nothing remotely deep or serious. So overall the record is in great shape, has a stunning lustre and shows only very slight signs of use to its vinyl surfaces.
I play tested the record and it played really well and sounded superb throughout with excellent clarity and next to no surface noise or interference. It lays flat, there is no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. Overall it was a pleasure to play test and produced audio of great quality and excellent clarity throughout which more than does this classic prog lp justice.
The sleeve is in excellent condition. It has some areas of rubbing to the edges and corners but very little on the spine and the writing along it is all still clearly legible. There are no splits or weak areas anywhere and no tears, scuffs or pen marks. There is barely any creasing and only very faint ring marks showing. There is however some age related grubbiness to each side. The front has only a hint showing in places, while the rear has more evident with also some part ring 'stains' near to the left edge area. Overall a strong and tidy sleeve but one that has light edge wear and the mild discolouring in places as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.
It includes its original plain white inner which is in very good+ condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but some minor creasing, light ring marks and some age related discolouring in places.
It also includes its original lyrics insert. This is in excellent+ condition with only very minor signs of handling.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
