This is the smashing breakthrough album by Yes. It is the very first issue on the plum/red Atlantic label and actually really hard to find as such. Most issues found these days are on the green/orange label which of course is not of the same sonic quality as the real thing.

On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Yes called "The Yes Album" and is an ORIGINAL 1971 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Red/Maroon (Plum) Atlantic label!!!!   JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!

This is the ORIGINAL Atlantic UK 1st Pressing from 1971 on the plum/red Atlantic label and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!

Vinyl: EX.  Barely played, maybe just a couple of times as evidenced by some minor spindle traces. Audio is A++ and this vinyl sounds out of this world, a majestic classic. The audio has beautiful separation and there is no background noise. There are no marks and no hairlines. Under a strong light there are a couple of paper retraction traces, these are completely invisible in normal daylight and the vinyl looks just pristine. I played this in full and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was even tempted to keep this as it will be very hard to find this ever again in such archive condition, it is indeed mega rare these days. Needless to say NO jumps, clicks or ticks. This will be a fantastic upgrade for most long time collectors and definitely an archiveable copy!!

 Sleeve: VG+. Great looked after gatefold sleeve.  There are no creases and the spine is still legible. There is moderate wear on the edges and the opening is still crisp. One small blemish right hand bottom in one of the cinematic squares as can be seen in the picture, luckily the base colour is white, so not very intrusive. A small nick to the rear bottom as well, but other than that this is a great above average sleeve housing a great quality vinyl.

SO HARD TO FIND THIS ALBUM IN THIS FANTASTIC CONDITION . THIS WILL BE AN UPGRADE FOR MOST SERIOUS COLLECTORS. IT IS VERY HARD THESE DAYS TO STILL FIND THIS GEM IN THIS SMASHING CONDITION. IT WILL BE A LONG TIME BEFORE THIS TURNS UP AGAIN IN THIS SPLENDID CONDITION WITH AGAIN MORE TAKERS THAN EVER BEFORE. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT INVESTMENT PIECE.
