Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my pop and progressive records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first U.K. pressing of Yes – Fragile on the PLUM - RED Atlantic label, cat. no. 2401 019 with booklet.
The record is in EX+ condition, there are a few non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in EX+ condition as well, there are only a few spindle marks only.
The cover is in EX condition, there is some very slight ring wear on the back and the spine is a bit discoloured and has a couple bald spots. There is also some very slight storage wear on the top and bottom seam The booklet, which is stapled to the inside of the gatefold, is in EX condition. The original Polydor company inner sleeve is still present and is in EX condition, there are only two very tiny tears on the die-cut hole (one on each side on the inner).
This is an extremely rare Yes record on the PLUM - RED Atlantic label. Most pressings of this records have the Green – Orange label, with a completely different catalogue number. This is your chance to own an original Yes Record, before Atlantic was bought by the Kinney Group. Happy Bidding!
