Comes with original 4 page fold out insert, and in the original heavy duty plastic sleeve.
Vinyl: VG+/Near Excellent (has light surface hairline sleeve removal marks that stop it being graded excellent) Sleeve: VG+ (would be excellent except when purchased was not very well packaged and took a little damage in the post, see pic. 10 where there is a little tear & pic. 11 where there is light creasing)
