Description

The XTC RARE Live Double LP "The Rhythm" is a sought-after gem from the 1980s, showcasing the British band at their live best. This British import features a new wave style and alternative rock genre, all captured on high-quality vinyl records in a 12" format. The live edition adds an extra element of excitement, making it a must-have for collectors and fans of the iconic band. With a near mint record grading and very good plus sleeve grading, this limited edition release is a valuable addition to any music enthusiast's collection.
Recorded live at Hurrah's in NYC on January 16, 1980. I am the original owner of this LP and it was only played twice. The vinyl is in NM condition/Like New. The album jacket has light edge wear. I would rate the original source recording with a B-. It includes songs from their first 3 releases: White Music, Go 2, and Drums and Wires.
Includes the songs:

  • Reel by Reel
  • When You're Near Me I Have Difficulty
  • Life Begins At the Hop
  • The Rhythm
  • Roads Girdle the Globe
  • Ten Feet Tall
  • Helicopter
  • This is Pop
  • Battery Brides
  • Instant Tunes
  • Crowded Room
  • Complicated Game
  • Making Plans for Nigel
  • Radios in Motion
  • Are You Receiving Me?
