Description
"Making plans for Nigel" by XTC, 7" vinyl single, with Game Board promotional cover. Complete with cardboard figures & spinner sheet: often missing now!
Virgin Music #VS282, from 1979.
I've owned this from new, I played both sides once or twice....and that is it! Never really liked it, so was put away in my collection, always been boxed and out of daylight, in a heated room, never been left in a damp old shop!
In my opinion it is in Mint condition, for a 40 year old vinyl record, but I've dropped it down a mark as there is a slight crease in the lower left hand corner of the 'sleeve' when its folded up. Its is really unmarked, not dog-eared or marked in any way, the disc itself still has that shine that only new vinyl retains. It has a few very light surface marks (it is 40 years old) but it plays perfectly, just the usual sounds that makes vinyl so real, no skips or jumps at all.
Note: the 'marks' on the full single image are the camera reflections, just spotted them!
I bought this on its release, I worked in a record shop in Manchester and a rep came in with ONE copy, which never went on sale!
