TRUE FIRST PRESSING WIDE Spine, Top-Loading Textured, Embossed Cover Original Custom Inner Sleeves included MADE in ENGLAND

VINYL is EX/EX+
Extremely clean Full Gloss Vinyl shows some very light sleeve hairlines through the 4 sides, viewed under hard bright light, that are inaudible. LP plays EX+ to NM. Labels are super-clean all 4 sides.

COVER is EX
Textured cover is clean, sharp edged and crisp all around with no creases, dings, writing, discoloration, fade or soil. Superb condition with small, light wear near top edge only. All edges straight, all corners sharp. WIDE spine and seams are still flat and even with no splits. Perfectly legible, bold, sharp spine titles.

First issue, with wide spine, pressed at CBS Pressing Plant, Aston Clinton, with the following attributes:
• Textured, single-pocket cover with 'XTC English Settlement' blind-embossed at top, on front and back covers.
• Spine is 5mm wide with large white font: 'XTC ENGLISH SETTLEMENT' measuring 70mm across - and ‘Ⓟ & © 1982 Virgin Records Ltd.’ at other end of spine.
• Debossed white illustrations on front and back sit below the green textured area.
• Deadwax Matrix markings have the characteristic Aston Clinton 'ᐱ' - stamped sideways.
• Labels' pressings rings have a bevelled drop 63mm in diameter.
Includes two printed, heavy-weight, textured inner sleeves with lyrics, credits, Photos and illustration. ...both are in superb condition with no creases or splits.
*Discs inside additional anti-static inner sleeves to protect both the Vinyl and the original Inners.

From an utterly vast and deep record collection, from my life-long best friend
who was a DJ at the Radio Station I co-founded in the 1970's - and who worked for me at my California record store in the '70s and '80s. . Sadly he has now left this mortal coil, bequeathing me his deep Vinyl Mine.
