Description
This is a vinyl pressing of "The Sower" by Grace from 1979 possibly. It appears that Grace is from Moline, Illinois which is just across the bridge from Davenport, Iowa. I remember that well. It was 21 to be able to drink alcohol in Illinois back in the early 1970's and Iowa was 18. We'd stay with my buddy's sister and her boyfriend on occasion for a weekend and over the bridge we'd go. We were 16 at the time.
Anyway, song titles for this LP are: The Sower, That I Might Serve Thee, Faith, I Can't Wait, Gethsemane, Herman Smith Valdez, You Are There, The Love He Gives Me, Quick To Believe A Lie, & Rich Man,Poor Man,Saved Man.
The cover is VG. The top seam was split and repaired, there is an H2O stain on about 2/3 of the spine, & there is a little ringwear. Check the photo. It's not as bad as it sounds. The vinyl is VG++ but the first song on side two has a sound once every revolution for about 10 revolutions. It's noticeable but not too distracting. It's super loud like some of those ticks and pops are. This is a very rare record that seldom turns up. It's a blessing to have in any condition. If my grading is not correct I will happily refund your money after the LP is returned. Media mail in the U.S. is $4.00, priority is $8.00. I include tracking.
