Records are always packed carefully and shipped with the record out of the sleeve.
I live and ship the records from Denmark. It is not possible to ship at the costs given by Ebay. This is the actual costs:
Due to the weight, this box only can be sent as an insured package: Europe is 52 $. Rest of the world (USA, Asia) is 86 $.
The records will be wrapped very firmly, but I am not responsible for any damage caused by the mail. None of the records I previous have sent, have ever been damaged due to the transportation !
