Gatefold 4XLP
This is my spare copy, which has been on the shelf since release in 1997. 
Vinyl is Mint, but shrink is open. 
Gatefold cover but still in shrink (so in great condition). 
There is a cut (a "cut-out") on the sleeve/spine, which was there at purchase (you can see it in the picture). Otherwise sleeve in great condition. Message if you need extra pictures prior to purchase.
Rare to find an original copy in this shape.
