Description
Wizz Jones - Wizz Jones SULP 1209. United Artists 1969. Stereo. LP. Excellent condition. This is the first solo album by the brilliant British folk musician Wizz Jones. Although he has been a performer since 1959 this is his debut solo album. Side 1 : Teapot blues, Shall I wake you from your sleep, A common or garden mystery, I've got a woman with one leg, Shuckin sugar blues, Earls Court Breakdown (based on trombone by Chet Atkins), O my friend, Blues and trouble (with Dave Deighton). Side 2 : Can't stop thinking about it, Dazzling Stranger, At the Junction, American Land, I wanna see the manager, Corrines blues, Grapes of Life, Guitar Shuffle.
Please note that I am not a record dealer - I am simply selling some of my record collection - and therefore my gradings of the record are not based upon official terminology but the record is in excellent condition with no obvious marks or blemishes and the cover is also in excellent condition. The record plays very well on my old Pioneer PL-12D turntable via my equally old JVC A-S5 amp. I know that collector value information on the incised marks on the middle of the record and these are: Side 1 - SULP 1209 A - 1 and Side 2 - SULP 1209 B - 1 I hope this information is useful. Condition is "Used". Will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class in a "proper" LP package. Thanks for reading this far and happy bidding !!
