Description
THE BEATLES - 'WITH THE BEATLES'
1963 UK 1st *STEREO* VARIANT PRESSING* LP
This rare and Excellent UK 1963 1st STEREO pressing variant is in the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3045
The side 2 label bears TWO early errors:
The track 2 title is misspelt as 'YOU REALLY GOTTA HOLD ON ME' (instead of 'You Really Got A Hold On Me'). The publishing credit for the song 'Money' is 'Jobete Mus. NCB' (it should be 'Dominion Belinda.')Otherwise, the labels carry all the usual 1st pressing hallmarks; No 'Sold in UK..' statement but with 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rims
A 'KT' tax/price code is visible around the centre hole of the side 2 label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed, large stereo logo cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' poly-paper lined inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 110-2 & YEX 111-2 (the -1/-1 cut was released in Germany only)
Stamper codes: side one: 3/GT
side two: -/H there is no "mother code" at 9 o'clock!
CONDITION
Disc
Labels: NEAR MINT
An extremely clean & bright pair, showing as little spindle wear as you can find on these, really clean labels.
Visual: Near Mint Minus
Both playing surfaces are very clean with great shine and no scratches...some slight sleeve wisps are apparent under bright light.
Play: NEAR MINT
I just played both sides on my Linn LP12 deck and it plays spectacularly...clean with huge dynamics and little noise if any...almost decided not to sell it...it has some light use but anyone will be happy with the way this sounds. It will knock you out!
Cover
VERY GOOD ++
An extremely respectable example of this early stereo cover. The front panel is clean & glossy with a bold and bright image with just slight rub to the laminate, the back is clean with residue from the original store sticker . All flipbacks, both seams and the spine are fully intact, unworn & undamaged. This cover does not have the "Gotta" in the song title but it is interesting...you can tell they just removed the second "t" because the spacing is not the same as between two separate words.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT
Clean & white with a small split to one side seam.

All shipping costs worldwide are under the shipping tab.!!
Let me say something about shipping: I am not Amazon.com. I go to the post office once or twice a week. "Priority mail" means it goes by air...it does not mean it goes out in the next hour. I have never had a package lost and do not get complaints about packing. If you cannot be patient with shipping time, do not bid. Of course all your purchases are guaranteed for satisfaction.
All records are guaranteed if returned in same condition.
Records are visually graded unless stated...have been doing this for a long time.
All grades are cover first, then record.
MINT is unplayed, sealed, or play-graded mint.
MINT MINUS is like new but probably played once or twice...most would grade this mint
NEAR MINT is near new with some slight signs of play...an extremely clean record
VERY GOOD PLUS is collectible but might have some light sleeve marks and some light noise...still plays very well with no major issues.
I WILL USE (+) AND (-) FOR EMPHASIS ON THE BASIC GRADES...I DO NOT LIST ITEMS LESS THAN VERY GOOD PLUS UNLESS THEY ARE EXTREMELY RARE AND THEN A FULL DISCLOSURE WILL BE PROVIDED. BID WITH CONFIDENCE.
Flaws in covers will be noted.
