THE BEATLES - 'WITH THE BEATLES'
This EXCELLENT & early UK STEREO 1st pressing variant dates from the album's November 1963 initial release and is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3045
Both labels omit 'Sold in UK...' text but have 'The Parlophone Co...' rim texts.
The side 2 label bears the misspelt 'Domion' publishing credit, which should be 'Dominion'.
The incorrect 'Jobete Mus. NCB' publishing credit for the song 'Money' is also present.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is just visible around the side 2 centre hole.

Housed in an early-type front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the darker front image and large front stereo indicator.
As with the side 2 label, the rear track-listing carries the incorrect 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' song title for track 3 on side 2.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex..' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

A clean & bright pair with numerous spindle marks around each slightly worn centre hole, but no writing or missing paper.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are perfectly clean and retain all of their deep-gloss shines with no groove-whitening or dulling from over-play. Apart from a single, light 2cm surface mark on the final track of side 1, both sides are unmarked in strong daylight. Close inspection directly beneath my unforgiving powerful halogen desk lamp reveals a number of harmless wispy paper-type hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this well looked-after copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT
This cherished copy has received a number of careful plays on good equipment and plays without any significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults. My single careful play-check at volume detected a touch of background on 'Til there Was You' and slight playwear on 'Money' but otherwise its just wonderful warm clean and powerful early stereo sound throughout.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A clean & strong example with a bright and unworn front panel which bears just a trace of storage rubbing but no 'thumbnail' wrinkles or any other significant signs of wear. All corners are sharp and unsplit with just tiny lower shelfwear bruises. Both opening edges are clean & undamaged with no tears or feathering either side. The rear panel is overall clean & bright with some mild age-toning and light handling marks, but no writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are fully intact and both seams and the spine are unstressed & undamaged.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Flat & crisp with a few gentle storage wrinkles and mild age-toning but no writing, tears or seam splits.
