Paul McCartney / Wings - Let 'Em In (Different Gear remixes) Rare 2001 remix 12" promo 12WINDJ001
White label

A. Let Em In (Different Gear mix 1)

B. Let Em In (Different Gear mix 2)

This amazing promotion 12" was prepared in a strictly limited edition and sneaked out to club DJs in 2001 to promote the Wingspan release outside the mainstream target group. This is a strategy that Paul and MPL have used frequently through the years (e.g the Mole mix (1984), Club Lovejoy remix (1989), Radioslave mix (2003), Sweet Thrash (2015) and recently the Timo Maas remixes).

The vinyl is shining and clean, a few hair lines, at least EX+. Bright white labels, only a few very light marks, please see pictures. Not many on Ebay through the years. Comes in generic white sleeve.

Please, check out my other items! I've been collecting Beatles & solo records since 1989. My main interests have been promotion records and 12":es, but I have also spent much effort to get hold of obscure mixes/versions/releases. Many items have I only seen for sale once or twice during the years. I used to be a Beatles event/concert organizer which meant I worked closely to EMI and regularly went to Beatle events and fairs in many countries. I actually even had the opportunity to meet Paul, Ringo, George Martin, The Original Quarrymen, Pete Best and Wings members in person. Other highlights were recording sessions at Abbey Road Studios and concerts at the Cavern Club. I’ve been so lucky! But now I'm 42 and all I wanna do is boogaloo. Well… perhaps not exactly, but I feel "finished" with collecting, so I’ve decided to let it all go. I know there are many fans out there looking for rare items in great shape. Please, help yourself!

Be sure to add me to your favorites list, because I will list hundreds of Beatles, Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, Wings, Traveling Wilburys, Twin Freaks, Thrillington, Suzy & the Red Stripes and Fireman nuggets in thecoming months. The records are generally in great shape and they have been stored and handled carefully in a smoke free home.
