Working in Boston or New York performing with one of his two groups at such clubs as Boston's Rusty Nail and Brandy's, and Spresso Cafe and the Cellar in New York. Willie spends much of his time, apart from getting his own sounds together, listening to those of Richie Havens, Tom Rush, Aretha Franklin, Ike and Tina Turner, Joni Mitchell, & Miles Davis, plus many others. Just recently he is getting into George Harrison. Still, as anyone who has heard him knows, Willie maintains his own sound and that sound is definitely worth getting into.
