Description

Ok, THIS is the White Stripes' Icky Thump vinyl. It is in that its cover is of a groovy Red/Black color scheme (as opposed to the regular Icky Thump vinyl which is just black& white) AND it is done in Mono as opposed to Stereo, which is how almost all music is produced today. Mono and stereo audio offer significantly different listening experiences. While stereo is the most common format for home audio systems and for recorded music, mono sound provides distinct benefits for consumers seeking a high-quality experience from older recordings. Trust me, you haven't heard Icky Thump like this before. It was distributed to ONLY members of Jack's vault, and considering this was back when the Vault had just appeared on the scene, not many of these gems were produced. This would make for a fantastic gift to a friend who is a fan or collector. I should know, this is my favorite vinyl I own of theirs. It kills me, but I gotta let this one go, I really need the money. The record IS open but has only been played a couple of times but is in EXCELLENT condition.
