Description

The White Stripes album Elephant in super rare Australian released cover with Jack & Meg in all white. This is the gatefold version that folds out.  There are very few of these around and one sold this year for over $800 on eBay recently. I can see no difference in the vinyl from the normal XL release; the two discs are in excellent condition. 
The cover is what makes this record very collectable so I will describe its condition in more detail. The cover is made from a soft cardboard and is not mint. The corners have bruising and there are occasional rubs on the sides but no splits. It looks like it has been stored on a shelf without a plastic cover at some time. I have had the album for five years and have had it in a double plastic sleeve since I bought it. I have not played the vinyl. The photos show the areas of wear without the plastic sleeve on. In general it looks fine, but for all those fussy collectors out there, I repeat, it is not mint.
