Description
Atlantic 1291, mono, original, deep groove. 6 tracks with includes leader, Marsh, tenor sax on all tracks. Quintet tracks also include Ronnie Ball, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; Philly Joe Jones, drums. Trio tracks include Chambers, bass and Paul Motian, drums. Hard-to-find original in fine condition.
Cover: VG++ to Mint(-) Intact and clean. Small identification tape on the upper spine corner of the back cover. Minor aging on the back cover. Fine, gloss finished front cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. Possibly played 2 or 3 times only. 2 barely visible short surface rub marks. A very few, extremely light clicks which are barely audible. They occur on Track 2, Side 2, the same tracks as the above mentioned rub marks. However, these "clicks" do not seem to be related to the rub marks. I have added the (-) to reflect this condition. This is a fine copy in almost Mint condition. Audibly checked.
